Pro Systems received payments only via bank transfer (direct deposit)
To order goods online and pay them via bank transfer, simply add your selected items to your basket, and proceed to the checkout, where you will be guided through your final checkup.
You will receive proforma Invoice to your email.
Do I need an Account to place an order?
If you would like to place your order offline (via telephone or email) and pay via bank transfer, please email your order to : sales@pro-systems.tv or call us at +359 888899260 with the following information:
Your billing and delivery address.
Your full name, phone number and email address.
The list of items you'd like to purchase.
We will get back to you with a proforma invoice and information about the shipment choices, and the directions for the final step to complete the direct deposit.

What Shipping Methods do you provide?
We work with different Shipping Companies like: Ekont, Speedy, DHL,TNT, if some of those options are not acceptable for the customer, agent will contact you and arranged any other way, which will suite your recommendation.
How long it will take to receive my order:
Usually, the goods ordered by the customer will be delivered from 5 to 15 days after the payment.
What is return policy?
All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. The item can be returned ONLY 14 days after Delivery
